Frequently Asked Questions
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with the product
you received. Simply ship the product back to us and we will refund
the amount of that product when we receive it. Please note that
there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us so that
we may make the appropriate arrangements.
How do you ship king cakes?
Our King Cake supplier ships King Cakes in one of three available
methods. They are: UPS Next Day Air (Guaranteed for early afternoon),
UPS Next Air Saver (Guaranteed for late afternoon / early evening),
or UPS Second Day Air (Takes two days). Because the King Cakes
are made fresh per order on the day they will ship, and they contain
no preservatives, they cannot be shipped via any method longer
than Second Day Air.
How do you ship beads, masks, hurricane mix, etc?
We will ship all of our nonperishable items any way you choose.

What is the difference between the various shipping methods?
UPS Ground is the best option if time is not an issue, as it
is the least expensive method. UPS will get items sent to you
in this manner in 3-5 business days, if we have the product in
stock. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are your best
options when you must receive your product within a certain time
frame. Remember that UPS only delivers on Monday-Friday (and Saturday
for a $15 surcharge - only on Next Day Air, please call us if

When will you ship my order?
For most nonperishable items, we try to ship your order the day
we receive it (until 12:00 p.m. CST), if all items are in stock.
However, in January and February, we will try to get your order
out within 2-3 days. Orders received after 1 p.m. CST will generally
be sent out the next day.
We ship nonperishable goods Monday through Friday. Please specify
in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form
if you need to receive your order on or by a specific date.
How long do king cakes stay good?
We recommend that you eat your king cake within 4-5 days of receiving
it.
How should I store my king cake?
Keep your king cake in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight
container. If you live in a warm, humid environment, or if you
order a cake with cream cheese filling, keep it in the refrigerator.
Can I pay by check?
Sure, just call us to place your order and we will make arrangements
for you. We will not ship your order until we have received your
check and it has cleared. If you require your order sooner, please
send a money order or cashier's check.
Can you ship my order COD?
Yes. Again, call us to place your order. There is an additional
$8.00 fee per box for COD orders.
