Returns
Any product (except king cakes) can be returned
for a full refund, of the cost of the product, if the item is
unsatisfactory. Your account will be credited for the amount of
the product, excluding shipping,
once MardiGrasStore.com receives the returned item. If you decided
to cancel your order after it has been filled, you can:
A) Refuse shipment of the package and it will
be returned to MardiGrasStore.com at which time your account will
be credited for the cost of the products
OR
B) Accept shipment and keep any items then return
the others for a product refund

Shipping Carrier
MardiGrasStore.com ships all packages UPS unless
a specific arrangement has been made.
Wrong Address
UPS charges an additional $10 service charge
per package for address corrections. Please double check the address
before submitting your order or call us if you think the address
supplied is incorrect. If UPS makes the correction, the service
charge will be billed to your account.
Receiving Your Package
UPS does not guarantee delivery with "no
signature required." If specified, we can make the request;
however, we recommend leaving a sign authorizing delivery without
signature on your door if you are expecting a package. If you
would like the package left in a specific area, such as the porch
or deck, please include this information in the note. For your
convenience, packages can also be shipped to a work address.
