General Shipping Information
All of our shipping charges are based on current rates set
by UPS. Every shipping method available is described in the following
section. If you would like to see how long various methods will
take to reach you, consult the Transit
Time page of the UPS website. We are shipping out of Jefferson,
LA and the origin zip code is 70121. Please note that shipment
of all orders is dependent on product availability and the time
at which the order is placed. If you have any questions about

Only Next Day Air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery
and there is an additional $15 charge for deliveries on Saturday.

Ground
Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address within
the 48 contiguous states. Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground
delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine
shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48
contiguous states. 3-5 Business Days
3 Day Select
The smart choice for time-sensitive packages on a cost-sensitive
budget. The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery,
UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery by the end of the third business
day to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
2 Day Air
For your time-sensitive packages that aren't "overnight"
urgent. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive
shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. UPS
2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address
throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments)
and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. UPS 2nd
Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates
for overnight air service.
Next Day Air
Put it in their hands tomorrow. Fast, guaranteed delivery
to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee
delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business
day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays).
For customers located in Hawaii, Inter-Island Air offers next-business-day
service for priority shipments to all addresses in Hawaii.
Outside the United States
Standard Service to Canada
A reliable choice for your less urgent shipments to
Canada. UPS Standard To Canada offers guaranteed, economical ground
delivery for your routine shipments. UPS Standard To Canada is
available from the 48 contiguous states to most addresses in all
of Canada's ten provinces. Charges for customs clearance are not
included. Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed
to the importer.
Worldwide Expedited
For shipments that don't require overnight or express
delivery, we offer a guaranteed alternative that's faster than
traditional air freight. UPS Worldwide Expedited provides door-to-door,
customs-cleared delivery to more than 56 destination countries.
To Mexico, typically within three business days. To major destinations
in Europe, Asia, and Central and South America, typically within
four or five business days.
Worldwide Express
Guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to
more than 200 countries and territories. For your critical international
shipments, UPS offers guaranteed* delivery in one or two days,
depending on the destination. For urgent shipments to Canada,
UPS Letters and packages are delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next
business day* to most major metropolitan areas, and by the end
of the business day to most other destinations in Canada. For
all other urgent international shipments, delivery is guaranteed*
by 10:30 a.m. the second business day for shipments to major business
centers, including more than 1,000 cities across Europe, and by
end of day to most other destinations.
Wrong Address: UPS
charges an additional $10 service charge per package for address
corrections. Please double check the address before submitting your
order or call us if you think the address supplied is incorrect.
If UPS makes the correction, the service charge will be billed to
your account.
